"Very upsetting to walk up to the door and there's two children about 6 and 7 years old playing at the door with no masks on I decided to go inside and go to the back and look for what I was looking for for whatever reason their mother took forever at the checkout and I had to stand behind them while these two children with no mask screamed and yelled and played this mother had a very nice Louis Vuitton bag fancy clothes and went out to a really nice car so no excuse I will not be back"

"I went in this evening around 6:15 I was in need of a protein conditioner. I've purchased many protein conditioners through out my lifetime at sallys. However this visit was fruitless. Many of the items I've previously purchased were either out of stock or just simply no longer available sight and site either way because, to be quite honest the lady who was working this evening was not very helpful other than to just follow me around the store acting as though she was knowledgeable about hair care products and their uses however she was not and was trying to offer me things that had nothing to do with what I was asking for an even had no knowledge and the products she was trying to sell. So naturally I was a little irritated. I left not happy with my visit what so every. Normally I love Sally's but this experience was not so great for me and I went home without a good protein conditioner and I didn't have time to look for one. The only good thing about this visit was I happened to find on the clearance racks a weekly mas hair mask that I absolutely love but it has been discontinued. that was the best thing about my visits I was pretty pleased with that but my overall visit was really crappy. I attended cosmetology school for a while so I know what I'm looking for and I know quite a bit about hair as well as products for hair. What made it even more frustrating for me is that when I put in an application for employment having the credentials needed for such a position. I didn't even receive a call back for an interview, yet they hired someone lacking the credentials. but I guess that's life."

"I went in to pick up some toner and it said by two get 1 free so I picked that brand and went up to pay. I paid and noticed that that wasn't on the receipt and I asked should I have gotten one free? Or am I not looking at it right? And the lady said no you have it right let me go ahead and redo the transaction for you. I said ok that's fine (I work at ulta so I know everyone makes mistakes) and then she told me oh wait never mind "can't do it because it expired yesterday." I was like uh and you haven't taken the sign down? (I looked at the signs after this all happened and there's a ton of signs that expired weeks before) I asked her if she would honor it and she said she couldn't. Overall I got it taken care of but this woman had horrible customer service skills and was honestly quite rude. Her name was Violet moon. She was also so incredibly rude to the other employee (Nikki) that was trying to help me. The customer service line is great though."
