"I wanted my hair done for my bday, I went in for a balayage and I didn’t see much of a difference. Felt like I was being rushed, I was not happy with the results and she (Lucinda) over charged me about $175! I get that up sales are the goal but she could’ve given me antleast what I wanted. PLUS I gave her a tip.. Couple months back, I booked with Brookie I felt like she actually took the time to examine my hair and understand what I was looking for. she stated that it would be best to wait due to the condition and color but unfortunately she was out when I went, I should’ve just waited…:("
