"Very clean and service was quick. The young lady in the purple was very short in all my questions. Since I asked about their online service and how it works she just directed me to the sign. They were 4 other what I’m assuming were workers, 2 grabbing groceries and 2 others just sitting next to a wall chatting."

"I am giving this store a one star review because when I went inside the store to pick up formula and food. The two cashiers asked me to wait outside in line with other customers. Mind you, the weather was 106°F but it felt like it was 108°F outside. The other customers and I waited about 20 minutes each until the cashiers attended us. I have been to other WIC stores and I have not been sent outside to wait before nor have I seen other customers be sent outside. The second reason why I am giving this store a one star review is for the reason that, when I was finally getting help from the cashier the cashier had a long face and an attitude. She was rude and seemed like she didn't really want to be there. The audacity of that cashier to treat customers that way after waiting outside for 20 minutes in 106°F weather. All in all, this store is a one star in service, performance, and time efficiency."

"The lady by the name Brenda attended me and was such in a rush since she was the only person taking the people in. She just put groceries without even asking, when I told her if she can change the juice cause I only asked for 1. she said no, I told her i wasn’t aware she had put more juice in there and she didn’t had any other answer. Really horrible service. The ladies that used to worked there were so much better."

"I came to WIC store at 8221 Gulf Frwy on April 30th 2022 (mind you they send you reminder texts that the store is open until 5 pm) I got here at 4:37 pm the store doesn’t close until 5 pm. When I get there, customers were waiting outside and we’re upset because there was this lady inside. She didn’t even come to door or put a note stating of reason closing early! At 4:44 pm she closes and left early."
