"Sister went to store around 5:15pm 11/29/23 to meat department. Looked at the oxtails and no price was posted. She asked the guy how much per pound but he speaks little english. She got a interpreter and he told them $5.69 per pound. Then she realized she forgot her credit card at home because i was on the phone with her. So i told her I’m en route close to the location i can stop and get it for here. I proceed and go into the store all this happening within 30 minutes. I go into the store, I must say store nice and clean so i started picking up a couple of items. Then I proceeded to the meat department ( very neat and clean). I ask the see the location of the oxtails with a sign of 6.99 per pound. Im still on the phone with my sister so i tell her i see the oxtails but it has 6.99 on the sign not 5.69. She went on to say it wasnt no sign and the guy quoted 5.69. So i asked him but speak little English then another worker came back who do. I ask him to ask the guy behind the meat counter did he just put that sign up there because my sister just left store less than 30 minutes and now the price change. He ask the guy and he said yes he did just put that sign up with that price. So i ask him was they going to honor the price they told my sister 30 minutes ago? I had to speak to manger and she said no 6.99 is the price. Then another lady came and said she was the manager soo rude talking in Spanish saying no its the price and the sign was up. I tild the worker to explain to her that the guy confessed he just put sign up. Then she was talking fast in Spanish to him i guess fussing at him. I felt that was very very wrong and didn’t get treated right."
"The new store is in the middle of our neighborhood. It is very nice and clean. The prices are way higher than the other stores I've been in. I didn't buy anything because we have Kroger and Fiesta right down the street."
