"We travel the entire country for my husband’s work and we have been to dozens of Kroger locations in many states. This is,by far, one of my best of their stores we have ever been to. The produce department is excellent, great selection of organics. I was thrilled to see the clothing department, nice selection of every day ladies outfits. They were all 30-40% off the day we were there. I love the Kroger brand products, they are great quality at a better price. The store is clean and well stocked. The Starbucks inside is great, very friendly. The floral department is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely drive a little extra to visit this store while we are working in Houston."
"I hate this store with a passion. Correction just the manager everyone is sweet. But companies as such as Krogers should definitely choose wisely of whom they choose to put as the face of their stores. Perry (manager) is very prejudice. I come here to help bring families in need from my church. Mostly of color and he always gives us the hardest time and never assists. Just today I had a dad who was in a terrible accident with the custody of his 5 year old and 9 month daughters. Needed to get them food and he embarrassed the dad in front of every customer in line and ask for ID and and extra proof of his case and food stamps insinuating and said to the father that he doesn’t want fraud activity at his store. I’m am PISSED and once I stepped back in Perry again proceeded to lie and and still speak of the father as if he was beneath him or some type of criminal. Just a father trying to feed his girls. This is beyond pitiful. My church will raise funds to help this family but also a lawyer for racial profiling."
