"Every year I buy hojas de tamal -- for tamale season. I never experienced issues with their product. However, a week after a bought a bulk of hojas de tamal-- i discovered they had fungus and some were moist or damp. I am very clean and I had them stored in a dry place in my kitchen. I believe that this came from their end. I called to let them know the issues but I was told i may not get credit for the purchase. It's horrible because i had paid $80.00. It's what I make for a living during the cold season. Suggest that you double check products before make a purchase."

"Very unprofessional will not unload a semi truck. Was told they would not unload us on Friday at our scheduled time. Came back at 5 am when they 1st opened. We were given the run around as was told they did not order the product. They made the driver leave. 3 hours later the broker arranged the delivery. They were no help in getting the parking lot clear for a semi to get in. Very small place. My advise is to not deliver here in a semi truck"

"This I spoke with the a person claiming to be the owner . He promised he would take care of me the next day at certain time and as I come back this next day he claims he told a different time. He get upset and tells me I could if I want to. In his mind I calling him lair. That never told me that when I had third party to back me up on what his said .. poor people skills."

"Coming from Galveston, I spoke with someone over the phone for a product, they #1 insured me me they had, and #2 told me it was a certain price. But, when I get there, they try to give me something I specifically said I didn't need, and then tried to mark up the price for what I did need, after I arrived. Then, denied what was said over the phone. FYI: if they hadn't told me the price they said over the phone, I wouldn't have made the 1 1/2 hr trip to pick it up! Instead of honoring their first price given, they changed it last minute, and needless to say, had to refund my money, and ultimately let an unsatisfied customer leave with no rectification. I won't be going back."
