"One of the workers did my job and I didn't finish it for almost 3 hours waiting and the man left without saying anything and left my nails unfinished, horrible the job they did to me, I told them I didn't like it, come back tomorrow that they would do a better job And no, the work was ugly. I liked this place a lot but there have been two times that the man does his job badly I think it is the worst place they do not know how to look for his workers well the man always treats customers badly, I will leave some photos they look at it is nothing what I asked my fingers It hurts"

"First of all, it is never clean. Today I went in and just wanted shellac because they always hurt me when doing manicures and pedicures. When I gave my card to get stamped for a discount, she said it had to be $25 or more so I painted my toe nails so it could be $27 then after when I told her I paid already she tells me it has to be $25 for one service...the sign does not specify on that neither did she when I said to paint my nails. I was very upset so I’m not going back there. Edit: it is not letting me reply to the management reply, but to be clear the sign does not say $25 for one service it just says to spend $25 or more to be discounted $15 after 10 visits. Just to be clear"
