"First time going and had the best experience. Not only were the nail techs attentive but also super friendly. Frankie was doing my pedicure and saw that the glitter I picked was incorrect, instead of just going with it he wiped it off and immediately got the correct color without saying anything. "Okay… I tried and tried again to give this salon grace, but after my 4th visit, I had to write a review. Every time I come here there is a new fee tacked on to the price that I was not made aware of prior to getting the service. I got a basic pedicure and a take off and full set (because a refill is only $3 cheaper). During the pedicure I was informed that the shellac toe polish was going to be an extra $17 and matte top coat would be an extra $5, which I went ahead and agreed to. I also requested a different color on a specific nail but was not informed that it would be an additional fee until checkout. At check out this was my itemized receipt: Take off nails $5 Full set $47 (basic color powder full set) Pedicure $30 Take off color on toes $5 Extra length $5 (I will post a picture, yall let me know if this is extended length) Shape $5 (square, but a little slimmer, literally took 3 seconds extra per finger) “Extra service” $7 (to add another color on two fingers, which they would have done anyway) Matte top coat on hands $5 Matte top coat on toes $5 To be honest, I was going to tip big because the guy who did my nails was so nice and accommodating but the surcharge of services and fees discouraged me, so they got a $5 tip. The only reason there’s two start is because the tech was really good. It’s unfortunate that the employees have to suffer because of the unnecessary fees. I won’t be back. Update: the next day, my shellac that I paid an extra $22 for cracked (see photo)"
