"I am so bummed. Service was good, but I went with my sisters yesterday afternoon and we all got pedicures and then one of us got a manicure. we all finished our pedicures at the same time and sat and let our nails dry while my sister in law got her nails done. which took 15/20 minutes including dry time. I drove home in flipflops which took about 25 minutes. I got home and thinking my nails should be dry - which they should have been - I put on slippers since its cold. Before I got into bed last night I took my feet out of my slippers and my nails where ruined. I can only guess there must have been a problem with the polish, it was half empty when I picked it out, so maybe it was old. I am not sure, but it is so disappointing. I get my nails done maybe one a year, if that, and the one time I go, I am so disappointed. I just hope they check the dates or look at the polish. 45 minutes should be ample time for my nails to dry. And if it is not, they tech should say so."

"Never had anything done to my nails other than regular old nail polish. I had no idea what I wanted or what type did what. My nails were cracked and flimsy from health issues and I couldn't grow them out anymore. The salon took very good care of me with a dip and the nail tech knew somehow that the shape wanted was like my natural nail even though I didn't know how to express it. It feels weird but I'm loving the look and that I can scratch my head without having to worry about a nail bending backwards! They feel beautiful."

"This is a luxury style place. So prepare for pricing. Which I don’t mind as long as the quality matches. You are greeted super nicely and professionally as soon as you walk in, appointments are recommended because they do tend to be busy and booked. I had the pleasure of working with IVY on my acrylic nails and although the result looks decent for the price I paid at the time end my nails could have been a tad bit better and cleaner and neater I did feel she was rushing for some reason. Under my nails I could have used some cleaning and a little grinding from the glue. She also filed on top of my shellac polish removing the polish giving a worn look. They are small things that could make a huge difference for a perfect look overall they are decent and still look nice. Amy did my pedicure and took her time with each step which I am so grateful for because I needed the relaxation. My feet feel super soft and she was super meticulous when it trimming my cuticles and scrubbing off all the dead skin and applying the shellac gel. Small things again could have trimmed a little more around big toe but nothing too noticeable."
