Crystals Nails

"I walked in for service yesterday and no one was working. Two ladies were sitting and chatting. I asked them was there any availability for service and one lady looked at me up and down while smiling and said no with no explanation. It was apparent to me that they did not want to service me; that their conversation was interrupted. I thought this was so UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! No one offered to book me an appointment. Definitely will not go back or recommend."

"Financially Profiled at Crystal Nails. I've been here many many times before and have always had a pleasant experience. However, two weeks ago I went and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not return again. The nail tech first gave me a service I didn't request. When I attempted to explain again what I wanted, the tech simply began to upcharge me with additional services I did not want. The tech ultimately made a comment: "Well, you can afford it. Many people come in here with no jobs and can't pay but I see you can." Now, I had said nothing about my financials. I don't know if she was looking at my purse or jewelry, who knows, but whether or not she was making an assumption about my ability or inability to pay is not the point. It was incredibly unprofessional for the tech to make ANY comment about my finances or imply about the finances about other previous customers. Then, finally, the tech didn't appreciate my tip and made this audacious comment: "That's all for two people?" I've never been so offended. Crystals has always been a favorite, but there are too many other businesses to give my hard earned money to."

"This place is amazing! They accompanied my friend and I for a full set on a holiday at short notice, and they were all very kind, patient (I didn't know what I wanted/didn't know what to look for) and made sure we were comfortable the whole time! I asked for 'cat nail" when my technician asked me what shape I wanted, and he delivered!! I love them, and they are gorgeous!! My toes also look amazing, and my friends set turned out SO cute! They have awesome colors. I came in at least wanting a light glittery pink " blush" type of color, and they had exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be back to visit :) The leg massage with our pedicures almost put me and my friend to sleep we were so relaxed!"
