Give yourself extra time before and after your appointment to enjoy the quiet rooms; it is an essential part of the whole experience. This was my second time here, and I got a prenatal massage this time. It was totally relaxing, refreshing, and safe. All of the staff/therapists I have had contact with in both visits are very professional, hospitable, and accommodating. Yes, here the price IS worth it."

"From the minute I walked in until I left, this experience was a 5-star day. The staff are welcoming, professional, and friendly. The Quiet Room was integral to making this a most relaxing visit. There were chairs, chaise lounges, and a sofa that made pre and post transition perfect. It's was beautifully decorated and offered some amenities such as lemon water and trail mix snack. The mood lighting, calming scent diffusers, and absolute absence of chatter and cell phone noise decorations raised the bar for any future spa experiences. I appreciated the weighted spa robes, slippers, and warmed neck pillows which, in conjuction with the Quiet Room, helped ready me for my eagerly awaited spa package. Josefina was top notch and absolutely made the day a 5-star experience. By the end I was putty in her hands. This spa day was a gift from my husband. One of the best gifts I've gotten. I feel loved and pampered. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who needs self-care and some relaxation."

"beyond the stellar hospitality I have to say the “basic” facial was one of the most luxurious and hydrating ones i’ve ever received. I’ve been to other high end spas in and around Austin such as Viva Day Spa and Milk + Honey, and even previously swore by them, but neither came close to the quality of a facial I received here. My skin felt even, plump and soft immediately after service. Even several days later I feel hydrated. I feel like the attention to detail from my esthetician was far beyond my expectations and I will definitely be back."

"I just had the most incredible spa experience at Woodhouse! My therapist, Devin, was absolutely phenomenal. We had such a wonderful conversation! (I’m one of those weird people who can’t stop myself from talking during a massage! Haha) I also had the Shirodhara treatment after the massage and Devin basically put me to sleep which is RARE. It was AMAZING. I loved the holiday decor in the spa and the lounge was so comfortable. Really just an A+ experience. And I think Devin is worth mentioning again because he really was just that good!"

"I’ve had a pregnancy massage and a facial here and both were excellent. I recently bought my mom and niece gift cards for a girls day, but my mom lost her gift card. Even though Woodhouse had switched systems the manager spent a lot of time tracking down our purchase in their old system so we could use her gift card. I’ll definitely keep going here."
