"I've been getting dip for my nails since I was about 18. This is by far the worst job I have ever experienced. I really wanted to give them a chance, given how close they are to where I live. I got my nails done less than a week ago, and the day after I had gotten them done, they had cracks all in the top layer. Then, my first nail broke. I went to get it fixed. The day after that, two more broke. I went to get those fixed and expressed my concerns, showing them the other nails that had cracks on the top coat. I thought they would fix them so I would stop coming to get them fixed. I wanted to give them a chance to address my concerns before deciding to write them a bad review because I understand that things happen. However, the nail tech did not care; she said she was going to tell the owner. The owner did not care, and I was appalled by how such a nice nail salon could have such horrible customer service. Now, a week since I have gotten my nails done, I have four broken nails, one of which I had already gotten initially fixed. This is not my first time coming here. I have been here multiple times before, and they have been consistently bad. I decided to give them another chance because I had a coupon, and I wish I had gone to another nail salon because with Malibu, I wasted my time and now money since I have to get my nails done again at another place due to their horrible job. I am not sure if the other reviews are entirely real since they have a flyer on the tables saying if you give them a 5-star review, they give you $5 off. If I were you and didn't want to keep coming in to get your nails fixed, I would go somewhere else. I have only had this issue with this place."

"Cindy is amazing! I wanted to do red dip nails for the first time and was having a hard time choosing which red to go with. She picked several shades with different undertones and sampled them for me. We found the most perfect red for my skin tone, it looks amazing! She was so detailed in making sure the lengths of each nail were the same, cleaning up the edges and underneath the nail. I am also very particular about the shape and thinness of my nails. She listened to exactly what I asked for. Honestly the best experience and quality I’ve ever had. I’m so happy I was booked with Cindy."
