"We had a blowout and had to pull over in a gas station February 17, 2024 around 7:45pm. We were on our way to pick up our mother from the nursing home to spend a few days with her. No public restroom was stated to us tonight from the male attendant/cashier at Shell gas station (TRI-STAR), at the intersection of Cook Rd and 12300 Beechnut St. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! I also wonder how many times has this happened to someone! Health conditions are emergencies! SHAME ON YOU SHELL!!"
"Please please never come here for ANYTHING. The worst attitude from a cashier I have ever seen in my entire life. I walked in for paying cash for gas and he randomly asked how old I was, which was so unnecessary and impolite . Then I asked him if I could pay by coins for gas and he said no with extremely rude attitude. I have been coming in here often but I guess not anymore. I will bring my 25 bucks every week to somewhere else that treat me like a real customer, no matter how I pay my gas."
"TriStar is clean, well-lighted, has an open feel. Not all junked up like so many c-stores. Once the clerk realized I had money to spend, he became a lot friendlier."
"Got 2 drinks 2 ice creams, dude charged me almost $11 dollars. I was surprised I was like woah what cost so much. He said “ well don’t you see your stuff!!” We the ugliest attitude. I was like yeah I do but no reason to be rude, I just didn’t realize how high the price was. I took my card out early to void the payment, he re rang up my same items, how did it end up being 9 dollars and some change the second time around, and he continuously called me rude till the transaction was complete. I just shook my head and left. I can’t stand ppl with such ugly energy over nothing. Just go anywhere else."
