"Worst place ever. You need to improve customer service. Your team members are a reflection of what you except. Slim Young lady with red locs needs training on customer service. Customers are not paid to come into this location employees are paid to work. If she was off the clock she should not even be talking to customers if she doesn’t want to assist when she’s off. Find better people to work, better yet find humble people. Many high school students need a first time job, create some hiring tables and attract people that are willing to learn and be molded instead of give second chances to people that’s unappreciative and desire to carry an attitude suggesting they can be who they want to to be to their customers that are paying for them to even be employed. The minute the service goes down, business is slow and there is no way to pay for payroll, hours will be cut and even employees. Teach your people something! You attract more with sugar than vinegar!"

Never met this man a day in my life but he threw not only my things but every customer's items in the bag like he hated us. Then to top it off the store looks like it's infested with roaches."

"I love shopping at family dollar but this location always has the worst customer service ever the employees are always on their personal phones talking about their personal situations no one is ever working doing whatever they want. I went in and had some coupons which the worker said he applied to my purchases when I loaded up my car and looked at the receipt I noticed he did not so I went back in to talk to the guy and he had no clue what I was talking about there was another employee who was super nice trying to explain to him on how to do everything and he paid no mind and didn’t care and told the manager to come take a look the manager did not care he was standing to the side on his cell phone talking about personal business and just told the guy I had to go get everything from my car and return it because they couldn’t give me the discount from the coupons and walked away continuing his conversation on the phone I told them to return my items and I was no longer interested in giving them my business or money anymore. I work in retail as well and know we have to do anything it takes to resolve a issue and not be on personal calls during working hours especially as a manager. This is the worst experience I’ve had anywhere"

"I just want to acknowledge the young man named Bird he is ALWAYS so helpful. As soon as i come in he takes the time to ask if i need any help and stops what hes doing to make sure all the customers are being helped. He has a lot of patience and is NEVER rude.
