"If I could give it a 0 I would… been there multiple times but this time was one of the worst… the staff are rude and the lady used the drill on my cuticle MULTIPLE times after I told her to stop because it hurt… she didn’t listen and didn’t give me the color I wanted and told me that they only had a small selection when they have many books of colors… after the last step of my nails the women filed my nails AGAIN and made them all rough and messed up… the majority of the times I’ve been here have been pretty decent but this will be the last time I’m going. My cuticles are red and in pain"

"I just wanted a pedicure not a freaking attitude. She was not happy and did not even respond to me when I spoke. She acted like she was doing me a favor!! I pulled my feet out of the water and told her nevermind just polish and I will be gone… I think she may have been the manager?!? I will go back to doing my own, chair arms were filthy! Never again!"

"I raved about this place until my appt today. I literally asked for nails to be pink except 1 to be white with pink breast cancer awareness ribbon it. 2 women I showed the pic to seemed ok but was a guy who did my nails. Only to inform me that he can’t do it cause my nails are shorter than picture. Mine are actually longer btw. I asked if he could just make ribbon smaller and was told no. Mine you I made an appt and was there on time but family of 5 walked in right as he was starting my nails and he was flustered. My paint job is a joke. He didn’t even cover all my nails. They are lumpy and look awful. The lady who did my feet was amazing as is everyone I e ever had there. He was so not good. This is a place that does intricate nail designs and you can’t even do a ribbon? Super disappointed. Recommend the ladies but would avoid him all together. Below is picture that I wanted that apparently was too tough for him"
