"Super upset of how Diann on fast checkout register. All she did was stare at us the whole entire time as if we were the only ones checking out. Then she said we had more than 10 items, but we were doing separate purchases and there was no line or anyone waiting on us to been treated with such disgust. Very unprofessional behavior."
"Update: this location Still has poor produce selection with curbside. Location too small to meet demand of community. Curbside quality is declining! I love the convenience of not having to go inside of the crowded store after a long work day. Recently my orders have been missing items or the quality of the produce shopped is horrible!"
"I wish I could rate each department. Grocery is top notch for all essentials and deserves a 5 star rating for sure. If you have questions ask one of the grocery managers over anyone else. The layout is easy to shop and the shelves are always well stocked. The front end could definitely use more customer awareness and the store manager (name starts with an A I think) seems to always be there loudly complaining about what other people are doing on the sales floor. Produce is okay, with many items like lettuce and bananas being empty too quickly. Bakery smells and looks so inviting and this store somehow has the best HEB tortilla chips. Pharmacy is not as friendly or patient as other HEB pharmacies. Drug store is small, but can have some good deals on plants out front on a seasonal basis. Easy to find parking, but on a busy stretch of Highway 6 and I always wonder how anyone working in the shopping center of Bear Creek makes it to work on time. Overall, I shop here whenever I need quick grocery essentials and I never leave empty handed."
"HEB is my favorite grocery store, everything is well-organized & clean. I even like the WELCOME sign at the entrance. Further, you will always find empty grocery carts, baskets, wipes, and a trash can at the door. As soon as you enter the store you’ll find the produce isles full of fresh products. Then, comes the bakery section with fresh bread and cakes, followed by the meat and fish products. You can even find a section of Hispanic products. Prices are more reasonable than Kroger and the staff is so helpful."
