"We love going here on Sunday’s after church to get barbacoa. It’s really good! But I am very disappointed in the service received today June 25, 2023 around 12:30pm. I took my friend to send money to her family in Guatemala. The girl at the register had her waiting for over 20 minutes she was just on her phone. So I went and spoke up for my friend and ask the lady at the register if she was going to help her. She proceeded to say the system was not working. So I was obviously annoyed that she just left her there standing and proceeded to tell the lady that she was rude by being disrespectful and not acknowledging my friend and making her waste her time. The lady at the register decides to leave me at the register with my items and goes to the back and makes me wait to be charged. I wish I knew who the owner was because the woman there today was not professional at all. It is not our fault she is having a bad day. She should go home so she doesn’t mistreat the customers."
