"I just had an absolutely terrible experience at Gossip Nails, where I've been a loyal customer for over eight years. Never before have I encountered such appalling customer service, both from the owner and a nail technician. For those who know me as an easygoing person, please trust me when I say: avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth your money, time, or energy. As I tried to explain to the owner that I've never had issues with service at Gossip Nails, she rudely dismissed me, suggesting I return to my usual spot (Which is also a Gossip Nail on the next street) Instead of addressing the problem, she exacerbated it, showing a complete lack of concern or professionalism. To make matters worse, as I left to wash my hands, she rolled her eyes at me, a behavior my 16-year-old daughter noticed. I had to remind her not to dignify such behavior with attention and that sometimes, we must overlook things. Please, do not patronize this establishment. Find another place where your business is valued and respected."

"I had to update my review after all these years. I still LOVE Helen! She’s great! But I can never seem to get Janet for my nails anymore and the other ladies I’ve tried just don’t get it right. Plus the change in management just gives a different feel. And they changed up some of the courtesies they had like everyone working be requested to speak English while proving the service as to not make you feel as though the people providing the service are talking about you without you knowing. I still go to Helen but that’s the extend of my patronage at this point."

"I frequented Gossip nails a few days ago. Two days later my nails are peeling and chipping. I reached out to the manager first in regards to this. At first she was giving me the run around to do anything. I mentioned to her I asked the technician before doing the nails how long this last. She said 2-3 weeks. After sharing this with her, I asked her for a refund or a change to a different style powder or dip instead of the gel. She only wanted to fix. I am disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars for my daughter and I that she wasn’t more accommodating. I even spoke to the owner who wasn’t any better. They don’t care about their customers. It’s all about the money for them. I will never visit their place of business again. If you go beware they do shoddy work!! Nails should last at least 2 weeks not 2 days."

"Not sure if it just this location, but these people over charge for the most basic requests and it’s extremely strange. I went and got my nails done AGAIN after many disappointing attempts. But due to convenience I continue to give this place a shot. I got my nails done. The lady at first said the design would be $30 extra. I told her I wasn’t trying to spend no more than $100. So she cut them in the length I’m assuming she wanted so I wouldn't spend that much which is short to what I usually don’t get. I received dots as the design on my nails. Some of the dots are messed up and I mentioned it to her. She said she would have to file them down in order to fix it. I couldn’t wait any longer because I needed to get to a doctors appointment. So it was time to pay. My total was $95! $15 for length that they call long and $35 for a messed up design. Now yes what I wanted, it did require extra work. However I would have thought due to a messed up design she would have at least took $5 off! I ended up paying over $100 anyway and not even fully satisfied! That’s insane. And will be my last time getting my nails done here. They can do my toes anytime, but nails I’m okay!"
