"Had 2 felon nail infections a week after I got a gel manicure here ($70 for a gel manicure with a little design) I’m guessing they don’t clean their cuticle tools between clients. Don’t go here unless you want a medical bill tacked on too :("

"So, today was my first time trying The Nail Kitchen. I was excited because they had good reviews. I left after my friend finished with her nails and the gentleman told me my toes were dry and I was good to go. I went by Kroger first and after returning home I noticed my big toe or my right foot was smudged. I called and asked if they would fix it it was 1 toe, I thought it would be no big deal and they told me no, not without charging me. Sadly, I will not be returning because I feel the customer service is lacking. I even made sure I tipped 20% when I checked out."
"I recently switched to The Nail Kitchen after a couple of my preferred techs left my longtime salon. It had very good reviews and I was happy to see it backed up those good reviews. I have been to Chloe twice now and she is very friendly and does an amazing job. I am very particular about my nails and have been super happy. They are very busy but the front desk representative does an excellent job keeping everything organized. Would definitely recommend!"
