"On 9/30/2023 the bumper of my brand new vehicle I’ve only had for 3 months was damaged by a very deep drain grate slope that is right after the Brookshire Brothers Tobacco Barn’s drive thru. There is now PAINT MISSING from the bottom of my car. The drive thru is not small vehicle friendly, and there are no warnings, signage or paint on the ground directing cars away from the hazard. The entire parking lot is full of these low lying culvert drains, with evidence of scraping cars on every single one. I called the store to explain what happened and seek compensation for damages and spoke with an assistant manager named Miranda who took my name and number, and said she would hand it off to main store manager Bobby. I NEVER heard back. I know employees here who told me after I called, Miranda was running around speaking negatively at the fact that I even called saying it’s “not our responsibility”. Very unprofessional. I then attempted to contact BB corporate via their “Contact Us” section on the website, and explained this situation in detail, and it has been 2 weeks and I have not received any phone call or email. Clearly this company does not care about their customers’ concerns on a store or even corporate level. Attached are photos of my damaged vehicle as well as the sloped area and drain grate that caused the damage."

"It's ok if you just need a few things. Produce is not as fresh or abundant as HEB. Prices are higher. Rewards are ok and they often have marked down merchandise and/or meats. Check the meats carefully. Went in for green onions last week and they were outrageously priced at $1.50 per bunch!!! Versus 48 cents at HEB."

"I go to this store on occasion. They have good sales sometimes. The fresh sausage and ground beef is better than the other grocery store here. There was a Spanish lady that was a cashier here that was always great with everyone. She was a very sweet lady. The cashier that works the 15 items or less lane is not my favorite at all. She has a problem with giving receipts. She usually has an attitude quite often.Yes I want my receipt just like the 2 people before me that you gave them theirs without them even having to ask. I purchase, I want a receipt. End of story. The pharmacy is the best department. They are all very pleasant."
