"Visited this location today 2/12/24 and delt with Mr. Bach in the pharmacy department. Very rude individual, snatch the money out of my hand, placed my change on the counter not in my had and walked off. It's very unfortunate but I will be contacting corporate due to his poor behavior and customer service skills!"
"My husband JUST left from this Kroger, literally the Kroger we go to ever. single. day. damn near. The lady at self checkout profiled him. She took everything from his cart and scanned it all, he paid with one form of payment and was going to pay the remaining balance using cash and the lady rudely asked him if he was going to pay the balance. This is all while I’m on the phone with him. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at this Kroger. I’m thinking we will start taking our business to HEB. How humiliated he felt is completely unacceptable. DO BETTER. BE BETTER. Disgusting how power hungry this self checkout employee was. I am more angry because of how often we go in and how much money we’ve spent here."

"Tried shopping at this Kroger store and it's horrible alot of tags not correct. Makes it really hard to shop if you are shopping on a budget. What makes it worse is that then you have to wait at the register for an employee to verify if the price is right. Isn't someone getting paid to change these prices might need to get someone new since that person is holding up the cashiers job and my time. The only upside is some prices are actually cheaper than what the tag says but whoever the tag person is they need help."
"I got a really good deal on this beautiful flowers back during Easter. I really liked the quality of the flowers for the price. I definitely stop by to look for great deals on flowers and plants. Customer service was great and the lady showed me additional seasonal flowers that had just been reduced in price. I ended up by 2 additional plants for the price of one."
