"It’s very tricky place I went there 4/5 times to try all of them they never charge you the price which is display on window man’s haircut 9.99$ they always charge you 12$ and then demand a tip regardless good or bad job , when I ask why you display 10$ and charge 12$ they said if u use 1-2-3 we charge 10$ I said that’s what I use 1 on the back 2 for sides but they keep twisting words I will complain to the city they keep doing fraudulent charges to customers"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here since Dons Hair and I use to love it. I have not gone in a long time and decided to get my nails done before a trip I was taking. When I asked for short almond (as I always get) the tech threw down the file and said no. That rubbed me the wrong way and put me in a very bad mood. When I told her that it was very rude to tell the paying customer no to what they want (and something pretty simple to do) she lied and said she did not say no to me, but was talking to someone else. I let it go and continued with my nails and pedicure. The paint chipped off my big toe one day later and my nails are so thick that they lifted the next day (even asking for thin nails). She also filed the almond shape so much that she rubbed a lot of the skin around my nails off so my hands were super sore for a week. I also got my daughters nails and toes painted and all the polish was off by the next day. I will NEVER go back."

"I have been seeing Mimi for close to 20 years. She always does my hair/highlights the most flattering to my face. The salon has a relaxing feel and everyone was busy and taking care of clients. I never get my brows done, but my last visit Oct 23, Mimi did them to perfection. Thank you Mimi see you again soon."

"I have been seeing Mimi from the Hair Zone & followed her to the new Salon “Signature “on N Mason. I have had several mani-pedi and haircuts, and my husband too. I was very disappointed when she was a “ no show” for a second time. Today I called, talked to Mimi, and asked her if we could come in for a haircut today? She said she was available 3:00 pm. When we got there. Mimi was not there so we waited for a while & still no Mimi. Only one hair dresser and she was busy. Finally, a lady who was does pedicures offered to cut his hair. We are seniors so getting there is difficult for us. Usually if customers are “no show” it puts hairdressers in a bind, but what if the hairdresser doesn’t show? It would been nice to at least get a call to let us know, even her coworkers were unaware."
