"Recently, I visited Vault Nail Bar and was disappointed with the service I received. The nail technician spoke in a Vietnamese or Chinese language to their co-worker about me, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, the technician was on their cellphone while servicing my nails, which made me feel like they weren’t focused on providing me with quality service. As a result, my nails are looking horrible. I DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone."

"Nice people, POOR work! My nails were finished and never removed access acrylic from underneath, the manager I believe had to come over and removed it. Than my toes! The lady swore she had no idea what the problem was and it was the color, the polish was lumpy uneven and completely caked up around my cuticles! I kept asking her to get someone else to fix the job and I didn’t like her work and proceeded to ignore me and kept trying to fix it herself and kept messing it up. I asked her to get the owner. She acted like she didn’t know where he was even after I watched him walk out of the back two times I had to ask another worker to get the owner for me because she refused to get him. I guess scared for him to see her work. Finally, he comes over and he gets another girl to do the job to fix my pedicure. Her name was Emily. She was really sweet and she understood the problem even she agreed that the polish was uneven , and that it was lumpy and it needed to be smoothed out. I do appreciate her work she was friendly. (Definitely working at the wrong place ) when I paid they asked me for my name I refused. I will not be returning for any more service, some people should not open businesses and are not prepared with proper technicians. The owner just walks around in fashion jewelry like he is cool, doesn’t seem like he knew anything about nails! We pay too much money for nails to not get what you pay for, sad business!"
