I was paired with Amy who was very kind and patient as I explained my preferences. During the process, Amy would periodically verify my satisfaction with her work and was very meticulous with her attention to detail. "Called in to see if they could take off my acrylics. They were able to take me immediately, which was great. I walked in and expected a soak off like every other salon has done, but instead my nails were just ripped off. In their defense, most of them were fine. I had one nail ripped to the nail bed and it started bleeding Truthfully, they were apologetic, but I think it’s outrageous that I paid them $10 to rip off my nails when I could have done that at home for free. Just a disappointing (and painful) experience"
