"I've been in 3 times the 1st time was for a cable and the guy told me he could order it so I said I'll let you knowso I called him back to give him the ok to order it he said he'll get it heading this way it will be here on Friday so I call Friday and was informed they had the notes there but had forgotten to order it. 2nd time was for blades and they had to order them I can get them in 2 days from Amazon but this last time was today 8/14/2023 I needed a bolt for my mower deck and the guy said he could order it but it was a self theader and I said no there's a nut welded on the back side of the frame and he said what's it go on and I said a husqvarna riding mower then he said I've done this for 30 years and preceding to argue with me about it being a self threading bolt and I said I took it apart and seen what it is. This employee which is a short Hispanic man is rude and thinks he knows it all and all he wants to do is argue with me about my mower that he has never seen or knows the model or year of. I would not recommend doing business with them cause of this individual"

"We took our Ryobi mower to GRT, as they are an authorized repair facility. We paid a diagnostic fee and they submitted our request for warranty coverage. These folks kept in contact with us throughout the process, providing estimate if the warranty was refused,yet were successful in getting our mower covered by the warranty. This resulted in our fee bei g returned to us, and a lawn that is now mowed! They gave us tips on mower care and were very courteous unloading and loading the mower. We are very satisfied with GRT."
