"I have been coming to see performances at Germania Insurance Amphitheater since it opened. The seating layout is nicely designed where you have chair backs along with a lawn and pit area. The place is large and packs in a lot of people. The seat views are great with some positioned at high points from the sides to way in the back. The visuals and sounds are determined by the stage setup but normally all concerts have sounded well. There are lots of food and drink choices and can even hang back on a huge lawn away from the crowds where still can listen and sometimes video showed on a screen. Parking has options where can park in Lot A (a long walk) or Lot C (shorter walk) but they have ways to help you around if need help. This night I saw Jelly Roll and it was a great show. This time I upgraded to sit in the Intel Technologies Tower Club. This is private area with options from bar, chair backs, and table seating. They have great vantage points of the stage and venue, luxury AC restrooms, and a private bar. Food was not provided here tonight but plenty of options at this venue. Rule of thumb is to get here early to enjoy the food options and relax before the music starts."

"Grandma always enjoys herself at this venue. Went and saw jelly roll and of course he nailed it so good. I always get the lawn tickets because they seem to be better than the actual seats. However the walk from the parking lot to the front gate was murder! I don't know what they did to the shuttles if they just got rid of them all together but still worth it still gets a five in my book and heck a little exercise doesn't kill anybody:-)"

"Went to see Ghost here and atmosphere was amazing. Very open, lots of vendors, lots of parking (have to walk a ways if you don't want to upgrade parking, wish I knew that). Ushers, employees, even the ones selling water were so nice and helpful as far as locating the restrooms or where our seats were located. Would definitely come back when concerts play at this venue. Well worth the drive from San Antonio."

"I had a great time there. The sound was perfect! Super bang up job on the lights too. Super production team. The only complaint was the CON-session stands. Ridiculously over priced. 8.79 for one basic corn dog? 5.79 for a hot dog frank in a bun? 9.00 for a soda pop? The nachos consisted of crushed corn chips right out of a bag with a small well of cheese (roughly 3 tablespoons) on the side with no jalapeno peppers for 8.00. Nothing special about any of it. Just basic run of the mill snacks. I figured for that price I could be getting something great. Nope. A small bottle of water was 4.50. T-,shirts were 45.00 and up. Save your money and buy them online for WAY less. The folks selling the snacks were really nice though. They're just selling the stuff. They didn't make the prices. Still, it was the best sound for a rock concert I've heard on that scale. Plus the seating was comfortable. Howard Jones, Berlin, Boy George all performed with gusto and great energy! The shuttle driver who drove us back to the parking lot was super friendly too."
