"Terrible customer service! I went to the check out line and met Edwin. He avoided any conversation or even to tell me my total. He just scanned everything and just kept quite. He didn't even bag the items scanned. Another customer came right behind me and he began a full length conversation without even finishing my check out. I called out his name 3 times and after being ignored I decided to grab another employee who was helpful enough to get a supervisor involved. I ended up bagging my own groceries and leaving the store with disappointment."
"Horribly managed. Store is a mess. Every time I go, it's worse. I buy produce to throw it away once home. A couple days ago I had weeds in my cilantro and a decaying cocoon! Also a rotten avocado. Today, I bought garlic and cut it open to find mold. Store employee today had a bin of 5-6 enormous full trash bags, taller than my head, at checkout leaking goober all over the floor? Why is that much trash taken to the checkout area?! I'm tired of this nonsense. I'm done."
"The employee Christian had given excellent customer service today. I was assisting with a disabled senior and his kindness and willingness to help provided a peace of mind in the faith of humanity. The store is always clean and I enjoy the clearance aisle. I stop by everytime I shop. Location Beltline and Coit ."
"It’s been quite a long time their Primo water refill machine is not working at all. No card or cash payments. When I asked the staff when it is going to be fixed…it’s been already long time. Their answer was “I don’t know” and walked away."
"I understand the hours working here may seem grueling and tiring, and I think the customers should not feel obligated to be flat out rude to the employees if the employees have done nothing wrong. I get that some people are in a rush, but that isn’t the employees fault. If the customer is in a rush, it is THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY to manage THEIR OWN TIME correctly, NOT THE EMPLOYEE. It isn’t often that I see a customer yelling at a worker. But usually when that happens, it’s all for the same reason. The customer is in a rush. Anyway, I come here often for groceries, the store is very neat and well put together."
