Pikopye’s Town

"I am extremely disappointed with the owner of this facility. My son has had a 104 temp all week, and on Monday I thought we would still be able to attend the Winter Wonderland event for that Friday. I was wrong. He is still sick five days later. If this was a normal event I wouldn’t be posting, but they cancelled our spot without a refund or an alternative date. Then I was essentially told tough luck on losing the money. The owner was calculated and did not have sympathy for the situation. What already felt like an overpriced event has turned into a bad interaction. Edit: In response to the owner leaving the review below. The option was never given for me to give my ticket to someone in my social network. For example, someone in my neighborhood with a kid. I would have given them the tickets for free. Instead, the option was to cancel my ticket without that option. I was told that the tickets would be sold back to the public if possible. And, you are completely right, it was a few hours before the event. I'm sorry my child was sick. That was not something I could change. But cancelling my tickets without a conversation was unfortunate. Also, I am disappointed you have opted to describe my very direct questions to your manager as a yelling spree. I know several people that have had a good experience at your business, but that was not the case for me. I'm sorry we had to have this conversation on a public forum."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pikopye’s Town and their entire crew. I have always planned big crazy birthdays, and decided to let someone else handle it this year and they exceeded my expectations by miles! You pick your party package, show up and they keep the party on a perfectly timed schedule. I just told them a theme and I was worried they couldn’t accommodate because I’d never seen a trolls themed party by them, but they went above and beyond! They were actually so excited to create the theme for us. I was able to enjoy the party with my children and all the guests. The additions they offer were so fun. We had a balloon artist they bring in, and she was a huge hit! The staff is so kind and welcoming . I highly recommend. My 4 year old and all of her friends and cousins had the best time. There’s even a coffee bar and room I like to call the “dad’s corner” because they can watch football while the kids do their thing. The price is extremely affordable and worth every penny and then some! Thank you so much for making her birthday the best day!!"

"I had a great time at my kids' birthday party, and the event was overall a success. Compared to other birthday venues with a similar concept this place is definitely the best. The staff was friendly and the activities were fun. The last 30 min will feel very rushed and you will probably end up having to help your hostesses. If you are looking to book a DIY package I do recommend that you drop off your decoration two days in advance (which we unfortunately couldn't do due to medical circumstances) and use that 30 min window before the party starts to take family pictures because YOU WON'T get a chance to do it/ or do much at all towards the end. Nonetheless, my kids and all their friends had a blast, and that's what mattered most!"

"Where do I begin? We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday this past Saturday at Pikopyes and he had a great time! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for our guests and stress free for us. From the initial email when I booked the reservation to getting everything ready/packed for us to take home once the party ended I can’t think of anything I would change if we were to have the event all over. Everyone enjoyed themselves and kept mentioning to us how friendly, professional and helpful the staff was. When they say that birthday parties are their specialty they are not lying! Exceeded our expectations and have gained loyal customers for years to come, not only from our immediate family but from our party guests as well! THANK YOU for making my sons birthday as amazing as he is!"
