"DO NOT HOLD A CHILD'S PARTY HERE!!! MANAGEMENT IS RUDE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! At my granddaughter's birthday party we were told to move. Not asked...told to move after the table time. So we moved to a nearby resturant table and piled all the gifts and party bags there. I tried to get a server to order food. Three different servers walked past, each one said this was not their area. The 3rd server said she would send someone else over. Then the Hostess came over and very rudely told us to move that only paying customers ( I guess spending upwards of $500 is not considered a paying customer) could sit there and we had to order. I told her I would order but needed a menu and server for that table. She continued her rude arrogant rant then said she would send someone over. She came back and slapped a menu down then walked away. About 15 minutes later the dining manager came over and started telling us we had to order food if we wanted to sit there. Again told him we would if they could send a server over. He also was very rude. Finally a server came and took our order. Another 20 minutes went by before the food came out. It didnt look appetizing at all. I will NEVER return nor will I recommend this place. STAY AWAY! CHOOSE A VENUE THAT IS MORE FAMILY FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE IS NOT!!!!"
"Good for family bowling/gaming arcade, having visited Fort worth Main event which had rope climbing, was looking for similar activity but didnt find in here. Attached the pricing for events as of December 2023. Food is good, cafeteria is beat and cleaned regularly. Gaming experience was nice and staff fixed a machine which we reported. Have a good gaming"
"Fun experience for work team bonding! Had a great time and 2 complimentary drink tickets: [they restrict between the white/red wine or specific beers for the complimentary ones] it was fun and a good experience. I enjoyed the glow in the dark mini golf course"
"Just got done having a team bonding event there. Awful experience from the server to the manager. Slow day, and we get shuffled around like a bunch of pigs. Took us over 30 minutes to get a bowling game started. No complimentary drinks or anything for time wasted. Just bad management across the board. I hope that next time, we’ll there will be no next time."
