"I’ve been three times since my stay in Austin and I LOVE the puzzles and staff at this spot. The puzzles are challenging and the staff really work to make the experience worth it. Cheaper than most escape rooms you’ll find and in my experience this place is better than a lot of the super expensive escape rooms. Very tempting to go back and try out all the puzzle rooms once you beat one!"
"We enjoyed our experience. It was a first for us and it was my 11yr old's idea to go there for her birthday. It was 2 adults and two kids. I feel that my 8 yr old didn't get to participate much bc of the difficulty but she said she had fun anyway. We didn't complete the task but we enjoyed the Lost City room and thanks to the reps and their hints and nudges we were able to advance some. We started very slowly bc we had no idea what to do, so we appreciated their hints. Overall we enjoyed it a lot and plan on going back to try other rooms. I do wish the price was a bit lower so we could go back sooner :) Recommended it! It's a fun way to spend quality time with friends and loved ones!"
"We came for an escape room on our anniversary on Dec 2nd. We were able to guess the answers quickly but wasted most of our time trying to input it. If something needs to be used in a specific way, instructions should be provided beforehand. We wasted all our hints trying to understand how to use the piano to input our answer but all that we were told was how to get to the answer we had already guessed. That piano was either faulty or had to be used in a specific was which was ambiguous. This was our fifth time going for a room escape and we sure do know this is not how it works. The fun lies in solving the clues, not wasting all your time trying to use it to unlock something. We mentioned the faulty equipment at the end of it and instead of checking and offering a discount next time or extra time, we were just told they will look into it."
"My family and I LOVE this place, all of the Game Masters are awesome and so kind. We have done many of the rooms and they’re all so intricate and fun. If there is ever a glitch or issue with the rooms, the staff is on top of it and always treats us with the utmost courtesy. We do escape rooms all over Texas, and sometimes other states, and this is one of our favorites."
