"First in foremost Mairani she is fire ! Walked in to a nice vibe when approached by Mairani . She showed me at least 3 apartments in HEELS y’all and really was honest about the whole process . Most places are only about the money and they really had the best interest in making sure I could afford it since I am young . The supervisor blunt but words were appreciated definitely made me feel like I could trust them with the whole process. I was not able to afford it by myself a short a few hundred and it was really nice they did this before I spent another 200 sum to find out like most places . There are a lot of apartments that asked me about cosigning and I didn’t feel comfortable until these two ladies helped me during the tour . I’m still waiting on my approval but absolutely stunning apartments super clean, friendly staff that are patient and understanding. Mairani is an absolute delight I don’t usually go all out to type of paragraph but thank you so much for treating me with kindness and making the process super welcoming and inviting. I can’t wait to hear back and look forward to leasing with woodland park -side note both renovated and classic units are absolutely stunning ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Fun to park & watch dog owners exercising their retrievers by throwing dog toys that their pets run after & (sometime!) bring back. Lots of kids playing basketball. Beautiful, well-kept, grassy fields surrounded by woodlands. Have not been inside the facility in years, so can’t speak to that. Great spot to take a break or get your nature on, at the edge of downtown Houston."
"Love how the sun shines and the trees provide the perfect shade it makes it so peaceful. A bit of a challenge for a toddler, but definitely a nice park to play at to build strength lol"
"It's a great park, and should be preserved. Surprised no one mentioned that it's very haunted. Well, I did. It's very haunted. If you're into that sort of thing, feel free to check it out yourself."
"All my 5 kids grew up across the street from woodland park where i had my Beauty Salon and also a home a few doors down where i still live 30 + years later its safe quite and full of nostalgia for us."
