Old Braeswood Park

"This is such a beautiful little park. It’s a great place for bringing kids, my son absolutely loves it. Wide open lawn as well as a playground. Well shaded with old growth trees especially great for the summer."

"A small but pleasant neighborhood park. It is located on a triangular piece of land formed by a fork of one stteet into two. It is shaded by large, old oak trees and has typical playground equipment. The park is enclosed by a green, wrought iron fence which keeps children safely in the park and out of the lightly-travelled streets. The park was being used by two families with young children. An attractive amenity for local residents."

"Cute park. Small but large enough for small children. Grassy area with slight elevation for kids to run, big kid area, smaller kid area, 2 regular swings (that I felt were hung too high) and 2 baby swings. Lots of public tricycles and walkers as well. Picnic tables and plenty of benches."

There isn't an enormous amount of playground equipment but there is a large grass area for sports and a circular side walk for scooters enveloping the larger playground. There are swings, monkey bars, slides and a water fountain. There are also plenty of benches, shade from trees and a picnic table."

"Cute little park set up in an otherwise awkward plot of land. There is a play set for kids, a couple picnic tables, and a large grass area. I've only been here around mid-day on weekdays and there are always a couple kids playing with their parents watching. Half of the park is fairly well shaded with trees, which helps a lot on a hot day. The area is surrounded by a nice neighborhood so I feel safe coming here."
