"Wife got nails here and a Nail fell off of wife in under a week. She went to go see if they can correct it and the tech was very rude and rough. Put a chemical on her nails that severely burned her fingertips and nails. My wife decided to leave instead of let the tech finish and put a new set on. We went to another nail salon the next day and they said that this salon chemically burned my wife’s fingertips and nails and they would not be able to help until it’s healed. You have to be mentally ill to go out of your way to hurt someone like that. This place has a 3 star rating for a reason! Do not come here!"
"If I could rate this place negative stars I would! I repeat avoid this place. If you want your nails to only last less then a week then by all means go there! Customer service sucks and lady is so rough! Do not recommend! No vengan a este lugar! Don’t come to this place !!ここにいない!!"
"Told them what color I wanted for my daughter nails and they applied a completely different color. When I requested a change they ignored me and asked my 10 year old daughter if she liked the color (which she had already told me she didn't) but when faced with it she said she did. She continued to paint her nails. I would not recommend this place, and none of the colors match what you requested, completely unorganized, and customer service is not their strong suit. If I could give zero stars I would!"
"This was my first time going to Tita Luxe and I absolutely LOVED it! Everything was PERFECT! The place seemed like it couldn't have been any cleaner and the staff was SO SWEET! My nails were absolutely perfect and they worked so hard to make them amazing! The salon is very modern and comfortable and the staff took such great care of me! I have nothing bad to say about Tita Luxe and next time I'm in Grapevine I'm definitely coming back!!"
