"Normally my experience is great here but unfortunately my last time here wasn’t the best. She didn’t file or do a clean cut on my cuticles or under my nails. I asked for her not to make my dip powder thick and she did just that. I also asked for almond shape and the mas my nail cricked and told me “that’s just your nail”. I was offended and disappointed because it never happened before. I hope for better if there’s a next time."
