"When picking up your curbside order(s) at Sally’s Midkiff road, please have the person bringing you your order, physically check your merchandise to make sure it is the correct item(s) you purchased. Once you touch that bag, they will NOT exchange or accept that item. It was not my fault that they gave me the wrong item but, instead they charged my card for their mistake. I was told to call customer service to see if they will take back the wrong item or issue me the correct item. This is the 2nd time they have done this."
