"The lady working there was rude. The butcher behind the counter was abrupt. The only person who was nice and helpful was the lady in front selling cigarettes who answered my question who was across from the cashier who rung me up. (I am Asian/American and to go into the asian supermarket to get this is really sad and upsetting! *** Maybe will be good when The H Mart comes in from what I heard... Will be some competition and maybe they will open their eyes***"

"This is one of the better asain markets in the area. They have a good selection and the atmosphere feels like a nice Vietnam market. Not run down, but clean and well kept."

"Best price for Rambutan fruit when it is season. Here is where the location is seriously lacking, though: customer service. Let me qualify this, please. Staff are generally nice, but if you try to call to find out if they have something, the person who answers the phone 7 times out of 10 does not know any English and will say "sorry" and hang up. I am not racist, infact I am happily married with a South East Asian, going on 20yrs. If you establish a business in an English-speaking country, please hire at least one person who speaks English If you, as a store clerk, do not speak English, no problem. Say "One moment" and hand the phone to an associate who does so that the customer gets the info they need. That said, the layout of the store is good, and the selection is decent. I have found that their fish section is seldom as fresh as other Asian supermarkets, so be prepared to smell that lack of freshness when walking by. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate this store being around, but frankly can't wait until H Mart moves I to their planned location in N. Fort Worth at Beach and 820. The experience I. Their Carrollton store is quite consistent. But they will not be able to compete with this little market when it comes to the rambutan price. So, I plan to keep coming to this store."

"I really only come here for their jackfruit and when Nguyen Loi is closed. Their fruits are displayed nicer and appear more fresh than some Asian grocery stores nearby. Otherwise, the cashiers can be very quiet/ cold. Not even a smile sometimes. ☺️ And their conveyor belt at the register do not work, sometimes. Had to push my products closer to the cashier after the person before me checked out. But that's okay. They sell a few things that other stores might not offer in Fort Worth. Check them out!"
