I truly enjoyed having my wedding reception here at Signature Manor, I believe my experience was great because Kathrine took the time to work me on OUR (my husband and I) vision for the wedding. There are times I would call Katherine later in the day (pertaining to the wedding)and not only would she answer but she would reassure me that everything would go well and all of my requests would be made/decorated just right. I am eternally grateful for Signature Manor and the woman behind it all, Katherine!! Thank you all so much!!"

"I booked Signature Manor in June of 2023 for my daughter wedding for August 2024 and things went wrong for them and I had to cancel six weeks later and paid 5,500.00 and couldn’t get any of my money back and the Venue still had over a year to rebook someone else in that date. So please be careful of this, something I couldn’t control to happen in life, but they didn’t care to refund anything back so I paid for nothing. Even department store give you a refund. I think this is wrong and not good business."

"The Seven Lakes Orchestras held our 2022 Formal Banquet here (the final farewell to the orchestra for us seniors) and it was a blast at Signature Manor! Us student officers arrived hours earlier to set up everything and the staff there were super helpful and let us set up with minimal disturbances. After the actual party began our more than 100 attendees had fun socializing and watching our senior toasts and slideshows before other more sentimental events began. All in all it was an awesome experience and the location definitely played a role in that."

"From top to bottom, Signature Manor was magnificent! This place was perfect for our wedding reception and we couldn’t have been more lucky to find such a beautiful venue with such an awesome and attentive staff provided by Houston Event Planning. We loved how stunning and gorgeous the lobby, ballroom, staircases, bridal and groom suites were and how clean the entire venue is. And we loved that we had the entire venue to ourselves. We could not have survived the entire wedding planning and day without the wonderful staff HEP provided. Akshay greeted us so graciously and helped us select and customize a wedding package we could afford. Alice, who always has such a big smile and is always so welcoming, made sure we were taken care of before and during the wedding day. She was such a delight to work with. Asia’s help during our wedding day was incomprehensible. From morning to night, she went above and beyond the call of duty. We feel very fortunate to have had her there for us. And Alex, who was our coordinator from day one, took such good care of us and helped us envision a perfect wedding reception. She orchestrated a wedding reception we couldn’t have imagined and impressed us so much with her touch and vision. She was always there when we needed her. We greatly appreciate her initiative in coordinating with our vendors, which took the burden off from us and made us feel at ease. Her positive and uplifting attitude helped throughout the planning process and into our wedding day. Our guests were quick to express how beautiful the venue is, loved the food, enjoyed the cocktails, and gave high regards about the serving staff. Most importantly, amidst the pandemic, Signature Manor and the HEP team did everything they could for us and our guests to keep us safe during our wedding reception."
