"They want you to take your shoes off but the floors were filthy. 1 lady started cleaning while we were there at 1pm and the guy was busy on his phone. My daughter got injured and the staff was very unconcerned! Won't be returning."
"Kids Empire is literally our favorite place to go since moving to TX. My son runs around while I sit with a book or laptop just awaiting on him to be tierd - unless of course I’m summoned to be active, too! The equipment is ageless. The fun is timeless. And the entry is limitless! We love Kids Empire!"
"So make sure you feed your kids before coming here . They don't sell pizza or food to you, unless you're with a party ..like why !! Our intention was to feed our kids and let our kids play too in one play , the place is also small . With these two things, I will say skip this place .. there are better places on 45n"
"Welp ..I would’ve left as soon as I came in but my kids wanted to play. so when you first walk in there is a small section for everyone to check in take your shoes off before you pay and to put your shoes in the bin. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We were not greeted there was no hi. How are you today? Sorry for the wait. Just a simple how many ?? it also smells like smoke because this place is next to a bar. Do not be fooled by the pictures you see on the website there is a small playing area for the children and the rest of the floor is for tables and chairs. I would like to read this place a -0 if I could. It’s so bad that I’m sitting inside the place making my review won’t ever be coming back."
