"Do not walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I brought my 7 year old daughter here for their "Beginner Homeschool Tumbling Class" to do a trial class to see if it was a good fit. The facility itself is impressive. It is huge, and has a very large practice area and dedicated cheer practice area. The "coaches" are far from friendly, at least not to anyone there for the homeschool program. Coach Callie or Cara, was rude to not only myself but another mom who was there with a child for the homeschool class. She seemed obviously annoyed by this new class option, and made no efforts to hide her annoyance. My daughter has never done tumbling before, so obviously all the movements were new to her. So instead of grouping her with other beginners, they grouped her with children who had clearly been taking classes for a while. The coaches then forced my daughter to try and keep up with all the movements the more experienced kids were doing. My daughter was clearly struggling, to the point she hit both her face and head MULTIPLE times on the floor. At no point did the Coach ask if she was alright. So not only did my daughter get injured, she was also completely humiliated in front of the other kids who had to wait for her to finish these movements before they could continue on to the next thing which was extremely embarrassing for my daughter. This facility, it's staff and it's programs are NOT INCLUSIVE whatsoever. If your child is not the typical thin, petite gymnast mold, DO NOT SUBJECT THEM TO THE HELL THAT IS THIS PLACE. We literally left halfway through the trial class, it was THAT terrible. In what universe should a 7 year old be leaving a TRIAL class for BEGINNERS in tears and with a migraine???? Oh that's right, at Biron Youth Sports. As I said to Jordan on the phone, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I can't even imagine who you are getting to sign up in these trial classes."

"My niece has been attending Birons summer camp for the past week and she loves it! She is always excited to tell me what she has learned for the day. When she started she wasn’t able to do a cartwheel and now she’s flipping all over the place. I appreciate all the coaches taking there with her and being patient. Highly recommended Birons if you’re looking for something to enroll your kids in over the summer!"

"Absolutely terrible, dirty, unorganized summer camp. They have small children under the age of 5 outside on the concrete in direct sun with heat index over 100deg F. A camp at a gymnastics camp and the kids have very limited if any exposure to gymnastics is not acceptable. Last but not least, the energy from the instructors is sub par and when asked questions you get to the third or fourth instructor before you get an proper answer. Poorly run, poorly managed and I am surprised they have not been reported to the state for how this place is handling kids particularly around unsafe environment on concrete parking lot in >100 heat index weather here in Houston. See attached picture of the unacceptable outside kids play area during summer camp."

"I had my grandson birthday party here and I was so impressed by the staff and the gym. I visited the gym with my grandson for the fall festival he feel in love with the place and wanted his party there. Everyone was so professional and kind. They set up everything big plus. They we polite and very engaging to the kids they laughed and played them throughout the different parts of the party. When it came to time for food and cake they again were amazing. They passed out everything and waited on the kids as if they were at 5star restaurant. I forgot to mention I had a few added decorations that I wanted to add ( they setup all the decorations) and they accommodated my changes with a smile and asked was there anything else. He told me he wants to join the gym because he so much fun. All the kids were so excited and said they want to come back"

"My daughter is 5 and only joined this gym about a month ago. BIG GYM! Very nice gym with lots of different areas throughout the gym for kids to jump and tumble around. I homeschool so decided to join the homeschool program that's on Thursdays. I noticed we are never greeted while entering the gym yet I noticed other families and kids are. My daughter has had several different coaches but on this day (Thursday October 6) a new coach I've never seen before (brown hair with glasses I think she teaches the preschool class) my daughter is the only black kid in that class and as I watched them warm up I noticed the coach with the glasses never greeted/acknowledged my child or even talked to her and introduced herself. As I think about it neither did her regular coach. I had to literally go up to her on the 2nd week of class and ask her what her name was and I thanked her for the class. MIND YOU THIS CLASS IS SMALL THERES ONLY 3 or 4 GIRLS IN THIS CLASS!! I also had my son do a trial class on a Saturday morning a ninja class (a lot more people and way busier on the weekend) I had specifically explained to the girl at the front desk my son has autism. Again my son was the only black kid in the ninja class. At first he was very nervous and was starting to cry while on the trampoline. The coach never acknowledged him or that he was crying. As the day went on my son got more comfortable and started having fun. However I did hear and notice rude remarks from one of the other little kids to my son. Again this was not acknowledged (maybe the coach didn't hear him) The gym does have several black coaches on staff but not a lot of minorities who are memebers. I don't know I'll give it another month and see. My daughter does enjoy the classes though!! I've seen other reviews and families have had great experiences I'm just stating what I've observed these past few weeks. We've been here almost a month and I can't tell you not one employees name here. We aren't acknowledged or spoken to."
