"I have shopped this store for 23 years, simply for amazing customer service. The service has been declining since the addition of self check out. Tonight I was turned away by a rude cashier literally at 6:57 stating she was closed. Forced to self check out. I refuse to use self check out. The gaurd dog watching self check out told me cashiers are open until 10:00. This needs to be fixed."

"I have been using this Albertsons so over a year now and have finally had enough. They hardly ever have checkers. You almost always have to use the self checkout and it takes so much longer due to numerous errors and the fact that the employees aren’t attentive and responsive. The most frustrating part is when you see multiple employees sitting in the Starbucks lounge area not helping anyone. There are some bright parts. There are usually some good deals, especially online (but they ring up incorrectly often) And a few employees are standouts like Jackie (who does a good job) However over all I have been dissatisfied with the checkout process or lack of checkers for 1.5 years now. If there were another grocery on my route home I would use it over this Albertsons until management adjusts some things. Albertsons strikes again with ridiculousness. They have an advertised deal on t bone steak value packs posted all throughout the store. However they have zero value packs of the steaks. They do have numerous single packed t bones. I asked the meat counter if they could add three together to make a value pack and they said “no we can’t open the steaks” and “we don’t have any to make a value pack” and “no you can’t open them so we can re pack them”. So I go up to the check out and request that they honor the 5.99/Lb since they don’t have any value packs and won’t make one. They then tell me to go back to the meat counter. The person rather rudely slaps all three together and gives it the 7.99 price and says it’ll come off at the check out. Surprise! It didn’t come off. So I had to have them manually adjust the value pack. Which they could have just done to begin with. This store sucks at common sense and taking care of the customer. I again will put blame on the management team for not adequately training personnel on how to handle these situations and putting limitations on what your employees can do to help keep customers happy. I never have had these problems at literally every other Albertsons, Tom Thumb, or Kroger I’ve been too. Very upset with this store and wish there was another one on my route home."

"From the first time I stepped into the store I felt welcomed by Teresa who had a shopping cart sterilized and offered to me. Her disposition is pleasant. I also appreciated not feeling watched like I was going to shoplift; but seein in a proper way. Richie noticed that I was looking for an item and asked if I was looking for something. He was very helpful! My checkout was efficient. This is the first time in a long time I had this experience in a grocery store. The store is clean and had all my items in stock. When I loaded my car Richie was there to take my cart. I hope those in management treat them well and reward them."

"A good place to shop for groceries. The place is clean and well lit, the aisles are well labeled, and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Selection of your grocery need is quite complete."

"Can I say than you. Came the day before the event. The baker was so nice and helped me with my order. The order was ready. My daughter was extremely happy! Both cakes was decimated in 10minutes. Wish i had a picture of that. Thanks to the banquet team. The unicorn balloon with the cake made my daughters and every womans day!"
