Kroger

"This store is ridiculous. No return policy posted anywhere. I asked for a copy and 3 people at customer service including the manage didn't have a copy to provide or show me. They are refusing returns from other Kroger stores even though I have a receipt. they even said I'm correct according to corporate policy however the store manager has made up his own policy they say is due to theft but I HAVE A RECEIPT. I made the purchase when I was out of town and shouldn't be required to drive so far away when Kroger is right down the street from my home. It's fine if you want to make a bad policy, but it's required the be posted and your required to post signage at the customer service desk in an obvious area to that affect. Im sure the real reason is because they want to reduce their overall returns to prop up the stores sales totals. If I knew I couldn't return even with a receipt then I wouldnt purchase from Kroger anymore. I would advise others to beware and I will be reporting this incident to the state and the federal trade commission for deceptive business practices."

"I have honestly never seen a grocery store in our metroplex in worse shape. Idk if someone died, got fired or just needs to be/ but the place is ransacked and half of what I needed was out of stock. Product thrown in the floor, misplaced, and generally unclean. Clearly upper management NEVER visits this place. Nobody cleaning up or recovering daily for next days business. It’s worse than Covid times. On top of that/ long lines to get out with the few things I did find. See for yourself/ pics.."

"Went shopping just prior to Christmas. Busy it was. A complete store. Bag boy left our eg nog put of our cart. Git home monegg nog. We live far far away so customer service told me to go to our local Kroger and they would work it out. Store staff was attentive."

"Ava, Maria and Tina….. the worst customer service EVER!!! This place has “expired” sales price tags everywhere throughout the store and when you ask them to honor the price they act like you’re asking them to pay for it!!!! And then they tell you to calm down or step back. I encourage leadership to review camera footage and you will witness your employees being the only ones acting out! I will go out of my way to visit other Grocery stores but I will not be returning here and encourage others that prefer real customer service to do likewise."

"At 830pm, you have 0 cashiers and a line down isle 8.... cone on kroger... we know you can afford the labor. Even kroger employee in neon vest had to wait in the line.... this used to be a great kroger. 2 people to run self check out. But can't help at a register???"
