"Bad customer service employee. Walked in one other person in line at the counter. The employee was at a register buying candy. She then came to her work area opened the candy took a bite or two then poured her drink into her water bottle then she started to help the person at the counter. What a bad example of poor customer service. 12 5 23"
"This is not my favorite Kroger in the area. I feel like it’s just very busy. The staff is rude and the customers always seem to be arguing with each other."
"Rude lady at self checkout forced us to go to a line for “no wait” even though there were 2 self checkout lines open. Her tone was abrasive, rude and left no time to explain why I was using self checkout. I have severe social anxiety due to autism and do not handle interactions well, hence why I choose self checkout. The guy at the register was nice but he put the wrong Kroger rewards number in and I was too anxious to have him fix it and apply my coupons. I will not be returning to this location. It is not disability friendly."
