"Just finished installing flooring and carpet in our home. We had the pleasure of working with Steve who was wonderful. Understood our budget and helped us make it work. We had 2 separate crew's, both great. Just to highlight their trustworthiness... they found a $20 bill under my daughter's desk and made sure she got it back. The 2nd crew found a bracelet and it was on our counter. Wonderful, hardworking guys that did exceptional work. We're so happy with the results!!"

"We installed carpet on the second level of our house. We interacted with Perry, who was kind and helpful. I will say it's frustrating not having pricing on the floor samples so we had back and forth with Perry trying to find out pricing. We had to select samples that we liked and then have Perry quote a price. We had no idea if we were in our price range. Once we received the pricing per square ft, we moved forward with the contract. We were then informed that the pricing quote we received was incorrect and the price was more expensive. Once we agreed on the price and signed the contract, we scheduled the install. Jose and his helper came to install the carpet. They were very hard workers and finished the install in 1 day. The install did not meet our expectations as we could see some seams and the carpet was not flush to the baseboard. Perry came back out to assess the issues and we scheduled Jose to come back out to fix the carpet. He stretched the carpet and tried to work on the seams. It does look better but not perfect. Jose told us that we won't see the seam if we open the window blinds and let the sun in...geez. The one thing I do know is that I will not ever have Austin Floor Store complete another flooring project and will not recommend."

"Nothing special about this store. We bought an engineer woods floor a few years ago. That costed us almost $8k including thinset s. I could hired a installer for $10k Including remove carpets."
