"Unhappy with the service the last few times I’ve been. I’ve been going here for about 3 years on and off. I got a manicure done and they charged me $122….this of course was incorrect and now i have to dispute it. The last time they incorrectly put in a tip. I’m also not happy because my nail (dip) cracked after 4 days :( Very disappointed"

"I wish I had better news… Every time I go here, I leave disappointed and today was no different. I spent $110 to have dip nails & a pedicure. I was immediately given a chair for the pedicure, but it took the manicurist 1 hr 40 minutes to do a normal 50 minutes set of nails. Even when I was leaving the owner of the establishment, grabbed my hand, look at my nails and saw what a bad job was done. She did not offer any compensation or to even have them corrected. I will not be returning"
