"I was serviced today by a lovely lady name Lolita and she was very helpful and customer service was very astonishing!!!"
"Management attitude was horrible. I asked a simple question and she cut me off and got snappy with me."
"I just needed help getting 45lb dog food off the top shelf of the pet isle. I asked four employees for help. three told me to find someone else (the self checkout man, and two ladies that were standing by the customer service center), the last one I asked for help just never came back. I was even told to go to the customer service center, but all lanes were closed and no one was there to help, only a lady who was training on a computer in the back. I ended up just having to climb the shelves myself and drag down the heavy dog food. Glad it didn't hit me on the way down."
"Pharmacy drive through made me come inside to sign for Sudafed when I've been able to sign for controlled substances at the drive through other times. Rediculous! Furthermore, I've gone to CVS drive through and bought Sudafed before without issue. I wanna see the Walmart policy where I can't buy Sudafed but can buy/sign for a narcotic pain killer in the drive through!"
"The Walmart neighborhood market stuff on the shelves was also very well stocked while the pandemic was still on, very few markets for the time being had as much stock as I saw at this Walmart neighborhood. Walmart neighborhood market has been very well managed. Well done Walmart."
