"I have used the grocery pickup services many times from different WalMarts in the area and this Neighborhood Market is by far my preferred store. They are always very polite. I've never had to wait a long time for my groceries ti come out. There have been multiple occasions when I was notified my order was done early which turned out to be a great help. I highly recommend this store for grocery pick-up!!"
"I came in the store yes very close to closing 5:55, I specifically called before asking what time their customer service desk was open and they said 6. But they decided to close the customer service desk early. And refused to help me, despite all the lights being on and the POS pad even saying press anywhere for customer assistance. When they got there the guy said that it was already closed, mind you by now it’s 5:57. Like I said very close to close, but it is Christmas Eve and people need things last minute because everywhere’s closed tomorrow. Anyway he then proceeds to actually shut the customer service area down. I wanted to reload my Walmart ONE prepaid card to be able to pay for something’s like being able to call someone on the holidays. But now I will have to find somewhere that is selling relodable debit cards and pay the extra fees and all that. I’m just so upset that they seriously refused to help me and closed the department down early. Enraged is an understatement."
"This store is so convenient for me. It always has a steady flow of business but not usually over crowded. I self check out and don't have to wait. They normally have everything I need and it looks like they have added another aisle. I have never had a bad experience and the employees are very friendly. Always a pleasant experience. My only wish is they had more hand carry baskets."
