"***DONT GO HERE*** The older women refused to listen to me about what I wanted and made the nails extremely thick and then acted loud and frustrated when I told her to make them thinner. There’s no way she’s certified to do nails. I wanted to grab the file and do it myself at that point. also she sat there and loudly complained to the other women the entire time I had her try to fix them."

"So pleased! The deluxe pedicure was heaven, and my nails look great. Ben, the man who worked on them, was very professional and nice to talk with. Everything looked clean from what I could tell. I don’t get my nails done often so when I do I like to get the most for my money. Would definitely come back again."

"The ugliest set of nails I've gotten in almost 30 years of having acrylic nails. Misshapen, uneven nails, globs of material left on the underside when finished. The young woman had the acrylic mix so wet when applying that I still had dried acrylic goo on the sides of my fingers when she pronounced herself finished. The "finished" nails are uneven in every direction and give no semblance of the direction a natural nail would grow. Moreover, one nail broke as I washed my hands the second day. Went to this place in a hurry because they took walk-ins and my regular salon was closed."

"I came to this place while visiting family in town. I went in to get a shellac manicure for myself and my daughter. From the minute we walked in, they were cutting corners. I get my nails done regularly in my home town by professionals, so I have a pretty good idea on how the service should be performed. I sat down at the first lady's station and she looked at my nails and then said she was going to do someone else's first and made me go sit and wait again. Once I got seated at the second lady's station a bit later, she sat down and told a waiting customer that she would be done in 10 minutes with me. I probably should've left then. She proceeded to take my shellac nail polish off with a grinder (instead of a hand file, cotton balls soaked in acetone, foil wrapped around to soak them off gently). The very first nail she put the grinder on she ground my cuticle and made it bleed. She proceeded to do that with three of my cuticles and actually broke the corner of my nail off with the grinder. Didn't even apologize for the bleeding cuticles. She was very rough. I quickly changed what I wanted to just clear shellac, because my nails looked like a war had been waged on them. She did two coats. No bottom coat, no top coat. I didn't even care at that point - I just wanted to get the heck out. While this was going on, my daughter was supposed to get a tip put on ONE nail that was broken, with SNS coating on that one nail only, then a shellac manicure. I explained this at least three times because they acted like they didn't understand english. I came over after I was done and they were putting SNS on all the nails, and doing it incorrectly. Instead of brushing the liquid on the nail, dipping the nail in powder, and repeating, they just clumped a glob of liquid in the powder and pressed the glob on her nails. They also ended up wrapping the glob of powder under her nails, which got snagged and ripped 3/4 of her real nail off a few days later. She also told me that it was really painful because they kept grinding on her nails until it burned the skin under her nails. On top of the horrible quality of service, the place was very dirty. I highly doubt the sanitizing process/cleanliness of the tools if they cut so many glaringly obvious corners. I have never written a review on google, but this place is so atrocious, I don't want anyone else to experience it."

"I love this place! My 76 year old mother, my daughters and I have been going there for over one year. Hang is very nice, quick and GOOD. My gel nails usually last three weeks. My nail art always gets compliments. The new pedicure chairs are great! There is free water or soda with service if you ask. I get my eyebrows done there, (colored and waxed), once a month. They are even and nice. I have the lady, first chair on the right when you walk in, do my brows... She does a better job than the high priced specialist that I used for years in Ft. Worth. I read all the mean reviews this morning, ( while looking for nail designs), and was shocked! If you need a nail salon in Cleburne, try them out. Tracy"
