"My daughter (9 years old) wanted a manicure using her own money, so we chose the salon. We came on a Wednesday morning when it was not very busy. We walked in and were given a basket of nail polish selections. About 5 minutes later, Jenny came over to see what my daughter wanted done to her nails. She tried to convince us to do gel polish instead of a regular polish manicure. My daughter stuck to her decision and chose a regular nail polish manicure. I also wanted a manicure, so I chose my polish while daughter received her service. I ended up getting a gel polish manicure. Pleased with the end results, however not pleased that she charged the gel manicure $8 over what is listed on their website. Not offered a drink either."

"I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time. Today was my last straw. I had a very bad experience where they didn’t want to take the time to give me a new dip set that I asked for when I walked in the door. The wanted to put red gel polish over turquoise dip. So my under nail would be blue and my tops would be red! And than the owner gets upset with ME because they mis understood what I asked for. It doesn’t help that their biggest concern has become to hurry up and get you out. So this set I have now I made sure they completely understood what I wanted. It hasn’t even been a week and this morning I break a nail! So I go back into the salon and as I enter the door Jessica looks at me and says what happened? With this attitude. I showed her my nail and said it hasn’t even been a week. she tells me to sit down and turns back to the customer she was helping and starts bad mouthing me to this customer. And it really sucks that it has gone downhill so much! Just make sure you know exactly what you want in your crystal clear when you tell them. If not, you’ll know in their attitude."

"Used to be great the owner was nice. But after one moment where they didnt want to take the time to do a new set on my mother and tried to paint a burgundy color on top of a bright turquoise color and then the owner shamed my mother and asked her in a condescending way “is it really going to bother you?” And made her feel terrible. Ever since then they have treated her rudely. The owner even refusing to speak to her. The consistency of the nails are up and down. But average spending between $200-$400 a visit. One set is great and lasts several weeks and then the next one nail breaks in less then a week. Awful staff attitude, rude environment, over priced and just plain awful. Wont ever be back"

"After 6 days… photos speak for themselves. Only thing that’s not pictured is the rude front desk clerk. P.S. they only do white French tip dip. Said “that’d be too hard” for any other color. Just fyi."

"Please don’t ever get a pedicure here. One of the older ladies use the callus greater to get the dead skin off my side toes and she cut off a pretty decent cut off. I was in so much pain even now, and my honeymoon is days away at the beach..I am sorry upset. This does not happen and should never happen. The lady Hannah who did my nails was great and the rest were understanding and didn’t make me pay for the pedicure."
