"Went for the first time today and received exceptional service (gel polish) from a young gentleman named Jaden. He was detail oriented and courteous. The pricing was fair and reasonable, just be sure to pay cash or Zelle if you want to save on a card terminal fee. The place is simple as far as aesthetically, but it met my needs."

"I went last Sunday! That same night a nail broke and the next day 4 of my nails cracked. I went back that day to get them fixed and every day since then a nail has broken. It's been 8 days and my nails are completely ruined and look horrible. I've never experienced this at any nail shop. I am so disappointed that I went here."

"I've been going here for several years. Their staff are always friendly and ready to serve. The selections of styles and colors are vast. The shop is, to me, a bit messy in style, they have two televisions, but don't have the nail tables set up for clients to watch without turning their heads, they have items stored in plain view, there are times when staff prepares meals and there are unique odors in the shop. The price points are average. Not often a long wait. Appointments are accepted. When using credit cards the cost is more than if you use Zelle. Julie is the most efficient and experienced technician. The young man is very detailed in his skills and dies a wonderful job, just make sure you are not needing to be in a hurry. The ladies who primarily do pedicures are very kind; again for me, their skills could use some improvement in the areas of massage, shaping, and painting. They have improved on their english over the years, but there can still be a little misunderstanding; the other team members are there as support. Overall the team works well together and are very accommodating. If you have a preference or specific way of things, just ask, they usually are happy to make your experience enjoyable."

"I have been going to Star Nails for years. They have always done a good job for me. Julie has always been my chosen technician as she, for me, does the best work on nails. They accept walk ins, provide water, make every effort to ensure you are satisfied. As of late the product quality seems to have lessened, which I am sure is the cost of doing business, but the staff are still top notch."

"Went to nail shop on a Saturday late afternoon, by Sunday my nails started chipping & cracking. Went back the Thursday after to repair just to have the same thing happen 2 days later. I had them cut my nails short since the initial dipping set had chipped & broke my nails. I had medium length nails (natural). After the 2nd incident my shorter nails are even shorter b/c of the chipped powder. There were gaps between the powder & my nail which was causing most of the breakage. Go back today & told them to remove the powder bc of their mess up. Thy charged me $10 to remove. This was their mistake, neither time was any apology, took accountability or anything. They knew i had been there 3 times in 2 weeks. I'll never go back, bad business & poor customer service. Before & after pix."
