"I will NEVER go here again!! I am an OTR driver. My co-driver and I got our hands and toes done on Friday morning. I am writing this review on Monday morning. I have natural SHORT nails. I opted for gel because they didn't offer the color in the dip (which I usually get...dip manicure). The gel is already chipping off on 3 nails. I also opted for gel toe polish (which I normally never do) and the gel is also chipping off on 2 of my toes. The woman performing my services was bouncing back and forth between 3 clients at a time. She rushed and tried to be polite but was pretty rude. On top of that, I chose the $60 stress relief pedicure for the 15 minute massage but received a 4 minute massage. After my manicure, she failed again by not massaging my hands and arms. Extremely disappointed with their services and OVERPRICED fees."

"The experience I had yesterday was a mix of emotions. Don't get me wrong, this lady did a killer job with my nails and I've always asked for this look but she's the only one who's ever gotten it right. BUT, she had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have involuntary muscle spasms called tics which cause me to involuntarily twitch. I even informed her of this the first time she raised her voice at me and yanked my hands. I was trying to let my husband know I was being seen so he could get home to unload the car and get our daughter home. Every time I checked my phone she would catch a hard attitude with me or say some snide remark, even though I was only checking in with my husband for a moment. I couldn't even let him know we were finishing up so he could load up our daughter and pick me up. I had to wait for her to finish before I could let him know. She cut my thumb and made me bleed and all of the tips of my fingers are currently in pain (I do this every few years to treat myself) and feel like they're under a ton of pressure, is that's normal? I was also told it would cost $45 and was not made aware of price differences and ended up costing $10 more than what they told me. I paid $55 to spend my one pamper day I allow myself for the first time in 3 years and this is how I was treated. I hate that I had such a bad experience because I really do love these nails."
